Not to say that we're a target for disaster, but....
This is--or was--our new fence, now somewhat modified thanks to a really big sweet gum and some high winds. There were big branches down all over the place at the lake, but this was the most spectacular. I used the lightweight Sawz-all to cut up most of the downed limbs, but the DHubby had to get out the chainsaw for this one.
On a happier note:
This is our 'new' sun-room floor--the Behr epoxy coating is now dry and cured. We have put down a couple of polypropylene area rugs, and today we'll move the furniture back in at last. Hooray!
Bleech about the fence, Elaine, but, hey, the sunroom looks good.
ReplyDeleteHurricane Irene hasn't taken out our electricity or flooded our basement - yet - so we're feeling very lucky.
